Personal engraving is Ibarra's only customization service for individuals — available on a single watch, with no minimum order. It is not about changing the watch. It is about marking it as yours.

An engraving on the caseback or the bracelet turns an Ibarra into a personal memento — something that carries a moment, a person, or a relationship. Long after the occasion has passed, the watch still holds it.

  • Caseback Engraving

    A name, a date, a simple logo, or a short message engraved on the caseback — private, permanent, precise. Up to 36 characters including spaces and punctuation for text engravings.

What can be engraved?

You may engrave a name, a date, initials, a simple logo, or a short personal message — up to 36 characters including spaces and punctuation for casebacks, and up to 6 characters per bracelet link. Ibarra's team will review your text before engraving begins and confirm it with you.

Engraving fees and lead times are confirmed at the time of inquiry.

How to Order

  • Step 1

    Email us at info@ibarra.ph with the watch model you have in mind, and your engraving text or simple logo.

  • Step 2

    Ibarra's team will confirm availability, review your engraving information, and provide the fee and estimated lead time. The lead time is up to two weeks.

  • Step 3

    An electronic invoice will be sent to your email address. Once confirmed and paid, your watch is engraved and shipped to you.

Is there a minimum order for personal engraving?

No. Personal engraving is available on a single watch with no minimum order quantity.

Can I engrave on any Ibarra watch?

Personal engraving is available only on selected Ibarra models with closed casebacks or metal bracelets. Please refer to the eligible models listed above. If you are unsure whether the watch of your preference qualifies, include the model name in your inquiry and our team will confirm.

How many characters can I engrave for texts or personal messages?

Up to 36 characters including spaces and punctuation for casebacks, and up to 6 characters per bracelet link

Can I choose a font or style?

By default, we use the Ibarra font. For custom fonts, please discuss upon inquiry.

How long does personal engraving take?

Please allow up to two weeks from order confirmation for your watch to be engraved and shipped out to you. Lead times are confirmed at the time of inquiry, and would depend on the model and current schedule.

Can I engrave on a Deco Ibarra Gran Luz?

Yes — caseback engraving on the Gran Luz is available by inquiry. Please contact us directly at info@ibarra.ph and our team will advise on availability and process.

What happens if I make a mistake in my engraving text?

Ibarra's team reviews all engraving text with you before work begins. We will confirm the exact text — including spelling, punctuation, and spacing — prior to engraving. Once engraving is complete, changes cannot be made.
