Silk Screen Printing

Your organization's mark applied directly onto an existing Ibarra dial through silk screen printing — a clean, precise technique that delivers consistent results across your entire order.

UV Printing

Your organization's logo or artwork reproduced on the dial with ultraviolet-cured ink — sharp, full-color, and permanently bonded to the surface. UV printing allows for precise color matching and fine detail reproduction, making it ideal for logos with complex artwork, gradients, or multiple colors.

Tooled Logo

A custom die is made from scratch — then used to emboss or deboss your mark directly into the dial surface. This tooling is created specifically for your order, the logo can be refined and modified before production begins. Surface textures can be added to create depth and contrast within the mark itself.

Custom Hands

A watch's hands are its most-read element — they cross every hour marker, every minute, every second of every day. A back-and-forth design process between your organization and Ibarra's team, working toward a hand design that suits your timepiece.

Precision Engraving

Using laser technology, your organization's mark, text, or serial reference is engraved onto the caseback with exacting precision — fine lines, consistent depth, and clean edges across every piece in your order. Precision Etching

For watches with glass casebacks, Precision Etching applies your organization's mark directly onto the exhibition surface — frosted into the glass itself, permanent and precise. The etched mark catches light differently from the movement beneath it, creating a layered effect: your identity over the craft.

Design with Ibarra

Some occasions call for a watch that has never existed before. Design with Ibarra is for organizations that want a timepiece conceived entirely around their identity — not adapted from an existing model, but built from a brief.

The process begins with you. Your organization provides the design direction — references, pegs, visual language, the story you want the watch to tell. Ibarra's team assesses feasibility, proposes a scope, and provides a quote before any commitment is made. From there, the design is developed collaboratively until the piece is exactly right.

The watch can be as new as the brief requires — a new dial on an existing Ibarra case, or an entirely original timepiece from the ground up. Scope, lead time, and pricing are determined by the brief and the order volume.

What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom and organizational orders starts at 20 pieces. Applicable models and customizations vary depending on the order quantity.

Can I order different watch models in a single order?

Yes — however, an MOQ per model and per variant applies. For example, if a specific model has an MOQ of 20 pieces and you wish to order it in three different dial colors, each color requires a minimum of 20 pieces, bringing your total to a minimum of 60 pieces. Mixed-model orders can be discussed in detail at the time of inquiry.

Is prototyping available before full production?

Prototyping is available for orders of 300 pieces and above. For smaller orders, we recommend a 20-piece test order before scaling to larger volumes — this allows you to see and approve the finished piece before committing to a full run.

For orders starting at 100 pieces, prototyping may be available on select models — at a premium per-unit price and with an extended lead time of approximately 4–5 months from payment confirmation. Payment terms may also differ from the standard arrangement. This option can be discussed at the time of inquiry.

What are the payment terms?

Orders of 20–99 pieces require full payment upon order confirmation. Orders of 100 pieces and above require a 50% downpayment at the start of the order and the remaining 50% prior to delivery. These terms are subject to change under special scenarios and will be confirmed at the time of inquiry.

What currencies and payment methods do you accept?

Payments are accepted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Payment methods are confirmed at the time of inquiry.

How long does a custom order take?

Standard lead time is 2–3 months from payment confirmation. Lead times for specific customization services — such as Tooled Logo, Custom Hands, Precision Etching, or Design with Ibarra — may be longer and are confirmed at the time of inquiry.

Can orders be expedited?

Expedited orders may be possible depending on the customization service and current production schedule. Please indicate your required delivery date at the time of inquiry and our team will advise on feasibility. Please note that a premium may be added in such cases.

What is included in the order price?

All customization setup charges, standard individual watch box packaging per unit, and delivery to your designated address are included at every order tier.
