Warranty Policy

Terms and Conditions

All Ibarra watches are covered for a warranty period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The only components included in the warranty coverage are the watch dial, hands, and movement. The brand has a repair-first policy where the watch will be subjected to repair prior to possible replacements.

The warranty coverage does not include the battery, bracelet/strap, case, crown, crystal/glass, and other damages due to normal wear and tear.

Should it be proven that the unit has a production and manufacturing defect after regular use, a replacement watch will be given in the event that repairs cannot be performed. The watch model to be issued as a replacement will be subject to availability. In the event that the similar model is not available, a replacement of similar aesthetic and value will be issued.

In the case of a replacement, the period of warranty coverage for the watch will be one (1) year from the date of replacement. 

This warranty coverage is deemed voided should the watch be damaged due to lack of care, unauthorized third party servicing, accident or other causes not related to production and manufacturing defects.

For repairs and possible replacements, the average turn-around time is 30 days from the date of receipt of the watch at the brand service center in Manila, Philippines. For more information, email support@manilawatch.co or info@ibarra.ph.

All shipping and delivery fees are shouldered by the customer.
